Capella Preceptor is an independent clinical placement and academic support service for nursing students. We assist with preceptor matching, documentation, and practicum coordination. We are not a university, a healthcare provider, or a licensing body, and we do not guarantee academic outcomes, grades, or licensure.

No university affiliation

Capella Preceptor is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Capella University or any other institution referenced on this site. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to comply with your school's policies and your state's regulations. You are responsible for verifying that any placement meets your program's requirements before relying on it.

Payments

Fees, scope, and timelines are confirmed in writing before any engagement. Where we advertise that no payment is due until you are matched, that applies to the specific service described in your consultation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capella Preceptor is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in question.

Changes
